Forecasts & Demands Management Modules
Forecast Management Module:
is initiated by external and internal customers' forecasts. Those forecasts are
loaded from excel / MRP Runs into weekly summary tables. Forecast versions
tracking enable detailed retrieval of former forecasts.
Demand Management Module:
is derived from the OEM Global Forecast, providing the planner manipulation and
simulation tools, containing recovery reports and "what if" scenarios. Demand
versions tracking enable detailed retrieval of former demand plans, and learning
from past experience.
Excess Inventory & PPV Modules
Periodic Excess Inventory Module:
summarizes the periodic components and products demands, open EMS PO's price
request, and buyback request in one parametric evaluation document.
PPV Module:
tracks and
evaluates
components' prices by contract variability
parameters creating OEM's Best of The Best price sheet – showing updated prices
view summarizing open PO's planned demands, resent price lists
quotes and EMS actual PO prices.
Contract Management Module

agreements, blanket orders management and enables full contract parametric
